Cost per available tee time and Revenue per available tee time
Is it possible to export to Excel from Business Board?

What is a slot time and a slot row?
En slottid = En starttid, tex. kl 08:00
En slotrad = Fyra slottider, tex. kl 08:00
A slot time = A tee time, e.g. 08:00
A slot row = Four slot times, e.g. at 08:00
In golf, we generally have 4 slot rows per tee time, meaning that 4 rounds are played per tee time. A normal playing capacity for an 18-hole course can be around 35,000 rounds (slot rows) during a season.
These figures vary greatly from club to club and depend on the booking intervals used by the club. Playing capacity affects the key figures RevPATT and CostPATT.
Which accounting systems are compatible with Business Board?
All accounting systems are compatible with Business Board, either via API or SIE files.
All accounting systems can export so-called SIE3 files, which can be easily imported into Business Board. API-based imports are currently available from Fortnox, and API integrations with additional accounting systems will be developed progressively.
What is meant by X-factor?
The X-factor refers to the number of rounds that are not registered in the tee time booking system.
For an 18-hole course, this can for example be around 5,000 unbooked rounds (slot rows) played via walk-on play (ball queue).
Can I upload more then 1 course?
Yes
What is a unit/cost center?
A unit/cost center is the same as a profit center or cost center.
These are imported from your accounting system and are included automatically via your API connection or through the import of SIE files.
Different accounting systems use different terms—for example, they are called Profit Centers in Visma and Cost Centers in Fortnox.
How is the number of members calculated in the Membership Calculator?
Statistics for the number of members in Business Board are imported automatically via the integration with GIT – Golfens IT System.
The number in GIT is the same as in Business Board and is calculated as follows:
-The statistics show the number of members as of the last day of each month, but are updated on the 6th of each month.
-Status is Active or Inactive, meaning both full and passive members are included.
-Members with a withdrawal date that has not yet passed in the month imported into Business Board are counted.
The date of the latest import from GIT to Business Board and the current statistics period are clearly displayed at the top of the various modules.
